Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR NOTICE
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, or service changes. Changes made with 24 hours’ notice are subject to the deposit policy below.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be applied toward another appointment, even when 24 hours’ notice is given. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment time.
SAME-DAY CHANGES & NO-SHOWS
I no longer charge a separate fee for cancellations, reschedules, or service changes made on the day of your appointment. However, same-day cancellations or reschedules, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of future booking privileges. No additional charge will be applied for these occurrences.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
